From the B4362, near the turning for Croft Castle (at the Cockgate Junction) turn into Green Lane, towards Yarpole village, and soon you will find the Parish Hall on your left.
The Building and Access.
From the tarmac car park and up a very gently sloping ramp towards the double doors, access to the building – as well as single-level flooring through wide doorways - has been designed to take account of any mobility difficulties.
Inside, the building is airy, warm and well-lit. It consists of an entrance lobby, a main hall, a separate room for meetings, a good kitchen and comprehensive toilet facilities:
The Main Hall – with its curtained stage and curtained windows – is a pleasant space for performances, talks and large meetings. A serving-hatch opens from the adjacent kitchen onto the hall. Seating can be provided for up to 120 people, or the hall can be laid out with tables and chairs. Alternatively the polished floor provides a good, clear surface for exercise classes and dancing. Card tables and exercise mats are among the additional equipment available to groups.
The separate meeting-room is equipped with tables and chairs for 15 or more.
· In the kitchen, the following equipment is available: full-size cooker, hot water urn and kettles, refrigerator, dishwasher and a range of tableware.
· The toilet facilities include access for wheelchair users, and there is a baby-changing area.
Yarpole Parish Hall is available for private hire
